Downtown Provo is home to a handful of exciting, ongoing events. Here are some favorites:
Downtown Gallery Stroll – During the first Friday of every month, downtown art venues open their doors late for a free, public showing. In one night, you can visit a handful of art exhibits and may even be surprised with refreshments or live music. Enjoy your stroll any time between 6 and 9 p.m. See: Downtown Business Alliance.
Critical Mass – Every month, local bicycle lovers meet for a leisurely group ride. Take your wheels for a spin the first Friday of every month at the corner of University & Center Street. See: Provo Critical Mass.
Farmer’s Market – From May to October, local growers and craftsmen sell an amazing assortment of home-grown and home-made goods. Come for good entertainment and lots to eat. This fun-filled event is held every Saturday at Pioneer Park (500 W. Center Street). Hours vary according to the season. See: Provo’s Farmers Market.
